Played in all 12 games as Mizzou’s primary holder in the kicking game during the 2016 season.

2015 SEASON
Played in one game during his junior season, doing so in the opener against SEMO (Sept. 5).

HIGH SCHOOL
Three-year letterwinner at Kickapoo High School for coaches Kuper Kruel and Joel Wells … All-Conference safety as a senior after leading the team in takeaways … Played baseball for Kickapoo from 2010-12 as well, earning All-Ozarks Conference honors as a pitcher … Cited Mizzou’s family environment as a key reason for playing with the Tigers … Chose Mizzou over Central Missouri and Missouri State.

Born on May 17, 1994, to Terry and Jill Brents … Has a pair of siblings: brother, Cole, and sister, Julia … Majoring in business at Mizzou and will pursue a master’s degree in public affairs following the completion of his undergraduate degree … Enjoys fishing, movies and going to the Lake of the Ozarks when away from football … Involved in Student Mobilization, Fellowship of Christian Athletes and also holds a sales internship at a local car dealer … Had a pair of uncles of also played for Mizzou.
