SOPHOMORE (2019)

• Evolved into one of the SEC and NCAA's top bullpen arms, accumulating a 3-1 record with 1.56 ERA over 40.1 innings pitched
• Made 18 total appearances with one start on the bump
• Struck out nearly a batter per inning pitched (36 K's in 40.1 IP), while limiting the opposition to a measly .193 batting average against
• Ended sophomore campaign on a high note, tossing 2.0 shutout innings vs. Ole Miss at SEC Tournament (May 21)
• Made first career start in Tigers' regular season finale vs. Florida (May 18), allowing 1 ER over 2.0 innings pitched
• Shut down one of the nation's top offenses in relief at No. 2 Vanderbilt (May 11), securing his team-leading fifth save of the season. Tossed 3.0 shutout innings in that appearance with three strikeouts
• Strong in relief at No. 23 Tennessee (May 4), limiting Volunteers to 1 ER over 3.0 innings. Led to his third and final victory of the year
• Picked up the save in series opener vs. South Carolina (April 26), not allowing a hit over 3.0 innings with three strikeouts
• Impressive in relief at No. 6 Georgia (April 19), recording 3.0 scoreless innings with five punch outs
• Awarded his third save of the year after tossing 2.0 shutout frames against No. 8 LSU (April 13)
• Stepped up out of the bullpen at No. 11 Texas A&M (March 30) with 4.0 shutout innings and four strikeouts. Picked up the win in Tigers' thrilling 3-2, 15-inning comeback victory over the Aggies
• Recorded second save of the season after recording 3.0 no-hit frames at Incarnate Word (March 27)
• Picked up his first win of the year vs. No. 20 Ole Miss (March 24), limiting the high-octane Rebels offense to 1 ER over 3.0 innings
• Credited with his first save of the season following 3.0 shutout frames of work vs. Northwestern (March 10)
• Tallied impressive 19.0 consecutive scoreless innings pitched streak earlier in the season (March 27 - May 3)
• Simply dominant in numerous situational categories, including a .179 (14-for-78) average against right-handed batters, .209 (14-for-67) average vs. lefties, .163 (15-for-92) average with the bases empty, .195 (8-for-41) average vs. leadoff batters and .174 (8-for-46) average with two outs

FRESHMAN (2018)

• Made seven appearances out of the bullpen as a freshman after reclassifying and missing his senior season of high school.
• Posted a 6.17 ERA in 11.2 innings, allowing eight earned runs on 12 hits.
• Struck out 13 in 11.2 innings but also walked six.
• Had a shutout inning at FIU (2/17), picking up a strikeout … Tossed 2.2 shutout innings vs. UMBC (3/4) with a career-high four strikeouts.

HIGH SCHOOL (DAVENPORT CENTRAL)

• Reclassified and skipped his senior year of high school to enroll at Mizzou early and is eligible to pitch in 2018
• PerfectGame.org 2016 Underclass High Honorable Mention selection and 2017 Underclass Second Team All-American ... PerfectGame gave him a PG Grade of 10, given to potential very high draft picks and/or elite level college prospects
• No. 32 overall prospect in the 2018 class before reclassifying, according to PerfectGame.org
• Big-time pitching prospect who was expected to be off the board early in the 2018 MLB Draft
• His tailing fastball, loose arm and 3/4 arm-slot delivery has drawn early comparisons to former Mizzou first-rounder Tanner Houck
• Prep Baseball Report rated him as a top-100 prospect in the 2018 class
• One of 51 elite level prospects invited to the 15th  Annual Perfect Game All-American Classic in San Diego last summer – the Perfect Game All-American Classic has produced 187 MLB first round draft picks in its 14 previous years (13 per year)
• Went 7-1 with a 1.70 ERA and 64 strikeouts in 53.2 innings as a sophomore – Iowa only sanctions a summer baseball season and he spent much of his junior summer pitching with the Midland Redskins club team based out of Ohio
• Midlands won the AABC Connie Mack 18u World Series with a perfect 9-0 record
• Participated in the prestigious 2017 Perfect Game National Showcase in Fort Myers, Fla.
• Had a 3.9 grade-point average as he reclassified
