2019 Outdoor 

• Finished fifth in the discus at the Herm Wilson Invitational (3/23/19) with a mark of 48.75 (159-11)
• Earned a second-place finish at the Texas Relays with a javelin throw of 53.45m (175-4)
• Took fourth place at the Texas Relays (3/30/19) with a discus throw of 52.28m (171-6)
• Set a new personal record in the discus at the Mizzou Spring Open (4/6/19), moving up into sixth position in the Mizzou record books. Rivera threw for a mark of 55.75m (182-11), earning a second-place finish.
• Finished second in the discus at the John McDonnell Invitational (4/12/19) with a mark of 53.56m (175-9)
• Won the discus at the Tom Botts Invitational (4/20/19) with a mark of 52.71m (172-11)
• Finished third at the SEC Outdoor Championships (5/11/19) with a discus throw for 52.56m (172-5)
• Competed at the NCAA West Preliminary (5/24/19) with a discus throw for 51.18m (167-11)
• Set both a meet and a school record in the javelin throw at the John McDonnell Invitational (4/12/19) with a mark of 55.73m (182-10), earning a first-place finish.
• Won the javelin throw at the Tom Botts Invitational (4/19/19) with a mark of 51.54m (169-1)
• Finished first in the javelin throw at the Drake Relays (4/26/19) with a mark of 54.81m (179-10)
• Finished second at the SEC Outdoor Championships (5/9/19) in the javelin throw with a mark of 54.22m (177-11)
• Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships (6/7/19) in the javelin throw, finishing sixth with a mark of 53.34m (175-0)

2019 Indoor 

• Finished fourth in the shot put at the Husker Invitational (2/2/19) with a mark of 15.77m (51-9)
• Took fourth place at the Tyson Invitational (2/9/19) with a shot put throw of 15.96m (52-0.5)
• Finished fifth at the SEC Indoor Championships, setting a new personal record and logging the sixth-best shot put performance in Mizzou program history. Rivera threw for a mark of 16.10m (52-10).
