2011: Cross Country: Finished 12th in the 4K race at the Saluki Early Bird on Sept. 2, coming in at 13:10.2 ... Took 21st place at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge on Sept. 10, finishing the 8K course in 28:41.85 ... Named to the Academic All-Big 12 First Team.
2010: Cross Country: Did not appear in any meets.
High School: ?Fifth at the 2009 Missouri State High School Cross Country Championship ... District and Sectional champion in cross country and sectional champion in the 800m run.
Coach Wilmes:? "Kevin has been to our camp twice, so it has been fun watching Kevin develop. This fall he really had a breakout cross country season and I expect that to translate into some great times on the track this spring. In addition to being a tremendous student, Kevin also has a very positive attitude; he just brings a `can do' mindset."
