When a student-athlete enrolls at Mizzou, he or she can expect to have one of the top student-athlete experiences in the nation. Much of that is due to the time and effort put into each individual student-athlete by Mizzou's academic staff – MizzouMade.

MizzouMade has high expectations of the student-athletes and expects each of them to embody and uphold all of Mizzou Athletics' core values: social responsibility, academic integrity, and competitive excellence. The program relies on a personal enhancement model that is the foundation of success for every Mizzou student-athlete, one that includes a focus on personal identity and values, well-being, and transition and reflection.

That process includes the key cornerstone of career development to ensure that each student-athlete who comes through Mizzou leaves as a prepared professional, with their own identity and skills to become an ambassador for the University of Missouri.

Last week, associate athletic director for student-athlete development Kim Bishop set up a satellite job fair in St. Louis, Mo., giving Mizzou student-athletes the chance to meet with professionals from the St. Louis Cardinals, Mercy Hospitals and the Target Corporation.  Mizzou Network was there to document the experience.
