Alumni Weekend Comes to a Close

The Tigers wrapped up another successful alumni weekend following the annual alumni softball game played Saturday afternoon on University Field. With nearly 22 alumni in attendance, the weekend festivities began Friday evening with a social at D. Rowe's.

Beginning at Noon on Saturday, Missouri's 2009 squad took on 16 alumni in a six inning game. 2008 graduate Jen Bruck threw three innings for the alumni before being relieved by 2000 graduate Erin Erickson. Four-year starting catcher Kathy Masterson, a 2007 graduate, finished the day 2-for-2 with an RBI double.

The current Missouri softball team managed eight runs to win the game with Chelsea Thomas, Stacy Delaney and Kristen Nottelmann combining for the win.
